Old Fashioned Room

Just a kid in an old fashioned room
Where materials are just a gimmick of fading lies
As today I woke up in her embrace
And the world was true
The smiles were real
As happiness was an infinity guest to our quarters
But this was just before time

For time stole the real
Leaving the room's brightness blue
As tears of truth could be seen streaming
And the fabric of society teed
Leading a mystic nightmares trail to bed
For where warmth stood
Is rigged with haven of quarrels

Leaving the happiness quarters a void
As the harlot sadness house the room
Fixated a dungeon of regrets to bare
For the broen bottle befriends
Abandoning kitchen counters with misplaced memories
Where I was just a kid in an old fashioned room
Now renovated to modern horrors.
